Hi guys! It’s once again time for the next Beauties on Fire collab! This month’s theme is Spring in your Step.
I actually discovered this color combo a little earlier. It came from a palette bingo I made with a bunch of Urban Decay shadows that I had depotted. When I saw these three shades in the palette bingo, I knew they’d look gorgeous together! Of course, I had also pulled this weird cool green duochrome with a brown base and that threw everything off. And as I ruined that look, I thought this trio would be perfect for a redo.
I’ve always loved layering blue and pink to make more interesting purples. I still have a butterfly magnet that I made in like second grade where I layered the two and I still like the color. And yes, these sorts of blues and purples and pinks do remind me of bluebells (and maybe a little bit of butterflies and fairies). So yes, perfect for spring!
Urban Decay Fireball, Heroine, Flash, and Sin: Obviously, I was focusing more on brighter shades.
I pretty much just used Fireball everywhere – browbone, the inner half of my lid, inner corner, and a thick line along my lower lash line. Then I went in with Flash all along the outer two thirds of my lids, up into the crease, and closer to my lower lashes. Then I added some of Heroine along the outer V and outer portion of the lower lash line. I smoked it out on the outer half of my crease, as well. My intention was to have this smoked out part be more blue than purple. I then added a pop of Sin on my browbone over Fireball.
The other products:
I really loved this purple butterfly/fairy/flower inspo for the rest of my look, and I wanted to keep it light and glowy.

A super fresh, glowy look for spring is always refreshing. I really love this Burberry primer I’m trying out, as it leaves my skin so glowing! Between that and the UD Sin liquid highlighter, I got a more radiant look. Going ham with blue highlight tends to look more like an ice princess, and I haven’t had great results with mixing powder highlighters. I’d rather play around with the highlight paired with the blush.
